3SC is purpose-built to champion high-touch, high-conviction ventures across hospitality, leisure, and experiential spaces from supper clubs to signature venues, cultural destinations to disruptive formats.

Odds Supper Club - Coming to Melbourne, Summer 2025

The first project from 3SC is Odds Supper Club, an intimate, high-concept dining experience launching in Melbourne this summer.

Odds will blend curated food, rotating chefs, craft skill-sharing, and big conversations under one roof. A membership model keeps it tight, while a roaming format keeps it fresh.

The Future for 3SC

Following the launch of Odds Supper Club, 3SC will continue to expand its portfolio of original concepts across hospitality and leisure.

Future projects will include a mix of permanent venues and adaptive formats, with a focus on developing proprietary IP that responds to shifting audience behaviours and emerging lifestyle trends. From dining and wellness to design and destination experiences, all concepts will be created in-house by DARE and brought to market under the 3SC banner.
