  • Behavioural science underpins every stage of our work. We draw on established frameworks such as COM-B (Capability, Opportunity, Motivation → Behaviour), nudge theory, Kahneman’s System 1 (fast, intuitive) and System 2 (slow, analytical) approach and more.

    These models help us understand how people actually perceive risk, process information, and make decisions. When we design brand strategy, campaigns, or venture concepts, we deliberately account for cognitive biases like loss aversion, anchoring, and social proof, so the solutions align with how humans really think and act rather than how we wish they did.
